A Message from Cllr Ian Spratt:

"When you elected us to be your District Councillors Julian Fulcher, Jim Webber and I were all confident that we had a great working team to serve our parishes. Julian however had not anticipated that he would be unable to take the flexible retirement that he was expecting! This put him in a difficult position and he decided it was better to offer his resignation.

Jim and I have asked Bob McClenning to stand to join the team and he has agreed. Bob was the fourth member of our successful election team for the May elections and has previously served with distinction on South Norfolk Council, bringing to the table not only a huge amount of experience but also his wisdom, which we have seen in action so many times. We both see Bob as the ideal representative for the parishes that we already serve. Bob is already well known to many of you both through his work and his commitment to the communities he has served in the past."

Cllr Ian Spratt, Mulbarton & Stoke Holy Cross Ward, South Norfolk Council
