Norfolk County Elections 2026

County Council elections in Norfolk will now go ahead after the Government reversed its decision to postpone, with Thursday 7 May 2026 set as the date of the election.

The County Council is responsible for services such as health & social care, highways, education, libraries, trading standards and more. This is your chance to elect councillors who will work hard for your community and for our county.

All 84 County divisions will be contested, with 13 of those divisions covering South Norfolk.
