Steve Witt

Steve has strong beliefs about community cohesion and supporting those he serves. He believes in fairness, respect, shared purpose and not divisiveness. His principles are based in listening, loyalty and leadership.

As a councillor, Steve has experience in planning matters and working collaboratively with others to develop new projects. He is active within the local business community and liaises with his local business group.

Previously, Steve headed Wymondham and District Ex-services Club's fund-raising charities’ sub-committee.

Working together with colleagues, he aims to make Norfolk fairer, greener and better connected, as well as being a great place to live and do business.

Steve moved to South Norfolk 25 years ago and settled in Wymondham due to its excellent transport links, fantastic schools, general amenities and environment.

Professionally he has spent most of his life in the financial services sector in senior marketing positions. In his personal life his passions are football, rock music and modern art.
